MINI checkup Mitch S. at Bill Jacobs Naperville is always incredibly helpful, professional, & friendly. I took our MINI in for service before a busy day at work in the city. MINI SERVICE I had a vehicle sent here for extensive repairs which entailed an engine to be replaced. Mitch provided me with a few options for the engine to be replaced. After weighing my options we opted to replace with a new one and Mitch and his manager were more than generous enough to provide me with great assistance in pricing and having some of the repairs covered by my extended warranty. They did an excellent job in keeping me updated and informed throughout the entire process.
