Exceptional new customer experience Aldo, as the initial consultant, was engaging, approachable & helpful, patiently describing the features of the Mini Countryman & Clubman. Ronny, in his manager role, enthusiastically extended the conversation in a positive, pressure-free fashion. Matt rounded the team by providing additional necessary information. They were well organizationed,customer focused & a pleasure to meet. We highly recommend them.

Bill Jacobs Mini Naperville Went in today for a wash and was advised there was a recall for a bushing replacement in my convertible top. The recall was completed in short order and I was on my way. Mitch always treats me well. This is my 4th Mini and I will be soon buying my 5th. The service department is the main reason I will continue buying my Minis at Bill Jacobs in Naperville.

Surprisingly excellent service!!! I scheduled an appointment to have the representatives check my car fully expecting to have to schedule another appointment. Mitch had checked into my concern before I even arrived and all was able to be fixed now. Wow!! This was way above and beyond the normal service at most dealerships. This is why I continue to buy Minis from Bill Jacobs. Thanks for putting the customer first and special thanks to Mitch Shefveland!

Mini service Mitch Mitch at Bill Jacobs mini service was great. He found problems that our last visit to our dealership in another state had missed. He worked with us and showed as much concern as if we had been his customers for years rather than simply folks who broke down on the highway who he would never see again.

Car Consultant I am a car Consultant and work with many dealerships through out the country.I look at all aspects for the process from buying to service then to the new car lease or purchase. Mitch Shefveland, my service advisor , was exceptional in communication to delivering the car back to me.

Outstanding Customer Service Bill Jacobs Mini has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was impressed right from the start how my service advisor Mitch Shefveland handled my concerns and the way he explained everything that needs to be done to my car, the way I can really understand it. He is very caring and professional. Then Mike was assigned to be my car technician who lifted my Mini and gave me a tour under it, so I can understand better what could be a problem and what should be done. Incredible Service Bought my ‘16 Countryman here. The whole process was seamless and easy. Facilities are clean. They have a wide assortment of options. I have continued to come back for service and have been more than happy with every experience. Mitch was especially helpful and communicative. I will continue to recommend this business.
