Bill Jacobs Mini I just went in for my yearly maintenance, and everyone I encountered was so nice and very helpful. They walked and talked me through each step they were taking with my car. It was very clean inside the dealership with a nice waiting area and great coffee and snacks. As usual, I enjoyed talking with Mitch. He always goes above and beyond to make sure all goes as it should.

Four years and still the best service experience Brought my Mini in for scheduled service. Greeted immediately and brought over to my Service Advisor, Mitch.
