Great Mini Service Had a scheduled maintenance at Bill Jacobs Mini. Scheduled a loaner, which was a new Mini hardtop. Maintenance was completed in one day, as estimated. My service advisor, Mitch Shefveland, kept me posted during the day, which I appreciated. In summary, Bill Jacobs is a great place to get Mini serviced.
