I initially spoke with Jolene via email and then with Lauren in person - both are fabulous. There was no pressure or intense sales pitch, just lots of information and a very friendly attitude. It was very refreshing to hear a sales person tell me that some of the more expensive options weren't worth it. I very quickly found a car I love, at a great price, and the process was smooth and seamless. I highly recommend Lauren & Jolene!

A wonderful car-buying experience! Absolutely no pressure whatsoever or "take it or leave it" attitude! I downgraded from a truck to a Mini Cooper and Jolene was just the sweetest salesperson--very knowledgeable when it comes to the Mini product! I drove from 70 miles away one-way to get to MOA and they didnt disappoint. As I said, there was no pressure and I ended up making 3 trips before making the purchase! Everyone at mini of Allentown was pleasant, but the sales person with whom I worked was very knowledgeable about the cars and very careful to give only accurate information. Most important to me, she had respect for my time and was always appreciative of my interest in the cars and their features. The service reps were just as pleasant, when I dropped in without appointments because nails got in two of my tires. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want when I visited mini on three different occasions. Matt helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in my mini and was very patient throughout the process.. the customization is quite limitless when it comes to minis!

From the moment Jolene stepped up and introduced herself up to the time we drove away in our car. We were her only concern. Everything else could wait. She was the best dealer salesperson we ever had. If I ever buy another car I will only deal with her.

I personally met 6 of the service/sales staff during my test drives and final purchase. Their patience and guidance during the time I was mulling my choices and making my decision was welcoming and helped put me at ease with the process. They clearly know and value the product they sell; yet put the customer first.

Wow! This was probably the most pleasant experience I've had at mini allentown so far and we've bought a few cars from them. Jolene is so friendly and easy to work with. She was knowlegable and passionate about mini coopers. She found just the car I wanted and kept me updated on delivery. Maybe it was the chili red I would definitely work with Jolene again and the management and service departments are great too! Thanks Jolene!
