Lauren (and the entire staff that I met while shopping) made this purchase the easiest, most pleasant experience I've had ever in buying a car. I've owned many cars in my 20 years behind the wheel, and my experiences with various dealers have been at best, contentious. I bought my very own first mini, my husband owns a Mini Cooper which he purchased fourteen years ago and still looks great, love, love Minis. I finally got my very own, the gorgeous black and white Countryman. We have been dealing with Matt for years, I can say that it was a pleasure. He was so helpful and pleasant, very patient and made me feel so comfortable with my many questions. He is genuine, personable,b professional and trustworthy, and I highly recommend him.

After searching on line and going to closer dealerships, I am very happy that I went the extra mile (or 75) and ended up at Allentown Mini. Jolene was very helpful and friendly, took us on a long test drive and then helped me find just the right car! I will seriously think about making the drive for the service, etc. because everyone was so friendly and low pressure.

After a 2 month search for the car for us we ended up in Allentown with Lauren. She patiently listened and hung in there with us and we together worked to dress up a perfect little thunder gray mini. We love our car and give Lauren and MINI of Allentown a big thumbs up! thanks to all!

You may be going to buy a Mini Car, but you're going to get "Big" Customer Service. We traveled about an hour and originally came just to look and do a little window shopping. We left that day with the gears in motion to purchase our new car. Jolene was fantastic and very knowledgeable when it came to Minis. She is truly an asset to the Mini sales team. The Clubman is the fourth MINI that we've purchased from MoA. Excellent car, great deal, terrific service. Lauren has been our Motoring Advisor since we bought our first two MINIs five years ago. We've gotten the same quality service every purchase, every service visit, and a few times that we just dropped by to say hello. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Overall, it was a great experience! Matt was so friendly, helpful, and patient while we were trying to decide what MINI to go with. After making a decision the whole process was quick and pleasant, even though we kept him there past closing. Buy a MINI from Matt if you can!
