I recently bought a new black Mini Hardtop and Matt made the entire process stress-free. He's informative, hard-working, and very sincere. He put extra time into making sure things were understood and went beyond what was expected. I will continue to purchase with Matt at Mini of Allentown.

I walked into the showroom looking confused and nervous. Jolene saw me and asked if she could help. I already knew the exact car that I wanted to order and she helped me do it. I requested non run-flat tires and she made it happen. When I had questions, she answered my emails quickly then continued to email me updates about my order. She set up a Saturday delivery because my wife and I work in NJ. Jolene's dream car is a speedy mini cooper and I hope she gets it.

Lauren is the real deal. She is the person you want to buy a car from. I've bought a lot of cars. It's kind of a problem, really. I used to be loyal to another brand, but was interested in MINI from the start. The team at Mini of Allentown, from the sales reps to the service center, are an absolutely outstanding crew! They truly care about their customers and do their best to help in every way possible. Even though I am no longer close to their location, I will still happily make the trip to them for anything relating to my car. I will continue to be a loyal customer to them until I find that the trip is just too far to go....and even then I still might just do it. They are that awesome!

When we bought our first MINI, the dealership we bought the car from was adequate. We started our search for a new car at MINI of Allentown this time, instead of going to the dealership we bought our first MINI from.
