This is our 2nd purchase from this dealership, & the 2nd time we've dealt with our sales associate Lauren. We've enjoyed working with Lauren in the past. However, we were particularly impressed by her professionalism, listening skills, multi tasking & her willingness to assist & accommodate us. Mini owners are just a bit different: they love to drive; they love having fun; they feel young when around their mini's. This dealership provides the atmosphere that keeps that happy myth going. We brought our MINI in for a recall service task and ended up leaving with a newer vehicle. Matt is very knowledgeable of the units he sells. He not only sells them but has two of his own. He was courteous and professional and best of all, he didn't pressure us on anything to do with the transaction. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles through the years. I can honestly say the Mini Cooper experience at Allentown Mini was amazing. We took every model for a test ride some multiple times. After 3 days Jolene, Lauren, and Keith still treated us amazingly. I don't know how they didn't throw us out. Thank you all for the fun experience. Jolene did an awesome job. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and supper helpful.

Matt helped me order my little dream car. For a decade I have wanted a mini but ended up getting everything but. I finally sold my Landrover and took the plunge. I met with Matt and he helped me custom order my car. It took several months to come in but worth the wait getting everything I wanted. Matt was always available for questions or updates when it would arrive ad financing with them was a breeze.

I live in Maine. I love Minis. There are no Mini dealerships in Maine. That wouldn't matter anyway, as I'm very particular about the (nearly) new Certified Minis I buy, and will spend months searching online waiting for just the right one to come up. I bought my first Mini 5 years ago from a dealership in Dallas, TX. I thought that process was easy.
