I had scheduled an appointment with Matt to test drive a used Mini Countryman, after emailing back and forth for a day or two about the vehicle and my general requirements for a "new" vehicle. From the first email to driving off the lot, Matt was 100% focused on me - or at least he made me feel that way! This was not a "high pressure" sales experience for which I can hardly express how grateful I was. Everyone we encountered were friendly and gracious. Matt Murphy was terrific! Very knowledgable, patient and chill. He seems to "read" his clients well. When we hit a snag he cleared it up and insured our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to buy another car with Matt's guidance.

We can all agree that buying a car is, well, not fun. We went in for parts for my other Mini, and browsed the inventory and got to talking with Lauren. Having met Lauren a few years ago, there was no pressure, just answers to questions and just mini talk. The timing worked out, and we purchased our second mini, and closing the deal with Lauren and Clint was just so easy.

I researched the car at home and came to the dealership for further details. I was able to order the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, with all the extras that would make me enjoy the car more. I never felt pressured and everyone was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. I look forward to enjoying my new MINI :)

Our 2nd MINI was the quickest decision we ever made in purchasing a car. Matt did a great job in finding our first "trial" MINI for us. We loved it so much for a couple of years then we decided to go to Matt for a newer model. This dealership, including working with Luis Rodriguez for service, is one of the best we've ever dealt with. Great product and great customer service all around.
