Setting an appt. Online is quick & easy. I was able to get in wihtin the week. The waiting area is comfortable & well appointed with tv, reading material & beverages. This dealership is filled with friendly sales people & helpful service advisors. I like that the service advisors provide you with a full report of what was done & any recommended service, along with the level of importance of that service. Customer appreciation is clear with special events & the level of quality service.

Came in with a hesitation problem on our Mini. Needed ignition coils and was told that the problem would be taken care of by Mini. No charge for parts or labor.

I’ve been happily motoring in my Mini for four years. All of my service and maintenance has been performed at the dealership. Every experience has been exceptional. My service advisor has a wealth of knowledge he’s always happy to share and goes the extra mile ensuring a flawless visit. I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it checked out and serviced. They found multiple problems with the car which would end up costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. I purchased a warranty through Mini and left my car for service. The check engine light on my 2011 MINI Cooper S came on during my commute in to work on Weds. I called MINI of Allentown and they were able to get me in the very next day. I took my car in and I talked with Robin who I explained what the issue was and he said they'd get right on it. Not too long after, Robin came to me over in the waiting room to tell me they hadn't found anything (just a mis-fire code) but they had checked various things (wires, plugs, coil, cylinder compression, etc) and found all was good. I live in Philadelphia + has less then desirable experiences with the local dealerships. Matt was warm, responsive + helped me build the car of my dreams with absolutely zero hassle. Clint helped me better understand the technology and bells/whistles. I am still getting it know my car but overall an incredible experience. Worth the drive from the city. Thank you!
