Every time I come in to MINI for any reason, Lauren is always there ready to help out with any questions or concerns and does so with a smile. She is super friendly, professional and knows what goes into each MINI. She has the patience as well. I know I ask many questions about everything!! Lauren just helped me pick out my 2nd Mini Cooper and were always laughing the whole time. She is just a great person and I highly recommend working with her if you get the chance. Did I mention its pet friendly?

Had a great purchasing experience with Lauren from my phone call through to my purchase. Her personal passion for Minis shows through her knowledge and enthusiasm. She was very patient and helpful as we test drove a number of models to ensure we had the best fit for our needs and worked through multiple purchase and lease options. We also had an enjoyable experience with Rick, business manager, as we closed out purchase. The crew here is fun and relaxed.

From the moment we walked in the showroom, took a couple test rides, and returned two days later to make our first Mini purchase......Lauren was informative, friendly and a perfect salesperson! The total experience couldn’t have been easier :)
Today I purchased my 3rd mini and I have to say what a great experience it was working with Lauren! She had the car I was originally interested in brought around, but I saw one in the show room I fell in love with and changed my mind on the spot! She was great to work with and really knows her mini's! Keith also worked out a deal that my husband was happy with. The whole experience was great and we were out the door in no time. I highly recommend Lauren.

What a great experience it was working with Matt Murphy. He made the transition from my first, well-loved mini, to my second one, very easy. Qiaoling Tang navigated us through our first experience leasing a mini. She was excited to introduce us to the mini, and very helpful in the document process. We are simply thrilled to have acquired, "Wilcox"...the smartest little 4-door hard-top around! Qiaoling spent an hour patiently explaining all the amazing technology. Can't wait to return for our Second Date to become even more adept! This might be the beginning of a long mini relationship...
