Jolene initially showed us the Countryman and Paceman we came to look at, but had an appt with another customer. Lauren took over and took excellent care of us. She went out of her way to make sure that we drove away in our Mini! We drove from Central Pennsylvania without an appt, on a Saturday and drove home in our Paceman, which we absolutely LOVE! Lauren was very friendly and really knows her Minis!

I have just purchased my second Mini from Lauren at Mini of Allentown. I am sorry that I didn't rate everyone who helped me when I was at mini of allentown. Everyone was great but I don't know all of their names. The guy who explained the waranty etc. and details was great too. and the guy who negotiated the price was funny and made it a good experience (he was in traffic and lauren kept calling him back). The owner actually came out and talked to me after I bought the car which I thought was really nice. Luis Rodriguez who did the stripes on the side (they really look sharp).
