This has been the best car buying experience for me. Jolene was very kind and had no problem answering any questions that I had with the MINI. From start to finish my sales agent at Mini of Allentown was professional, kind, attentive, and flexible. Help designing my car and reviewing each option was done with attention to how I planned to drive and use my Mini Clubman. I loved being able to go on line and see the status of my car's process. Our salesperson Lauren is the best! She is super knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She worked with us every step of the way from the test drive, through the ordering process and delivery. Everyone there was so helpful. We highly recommend this dealership when buying a Mini Cooper.

Lauren was an awesome help! I wanted to get into a new Mini, but my current Mini was still registered in Texas, and so was my driver's license. Lauren helped me find a new Mini (giving me full rundowns of at least 6 different ones!), but she was also really helpful and patient in getting all the numbers worked out before hand so I could get my license changed. She even got me a much better rate than my bank!!! She was fantastic. Best car buying experience ever.
I test drove a Mini over a year ago and LOVED IT. But needed to wait a bit to purchase. Our salesperson Lauren kept in touch... not pushy at all, just a light hello to let us know she was available whenever we were. We finally were and are thrilled with our car.
Lauren was a blessing to work with on the purchase of my Paceman. She was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. I just walked in one day to look and the next day I bought my first Mini, having Lauren as the motor adviser the deal went off with out a glitch. I will definitely be back for future purchases. She is a great asset to Mini of Allentown!
