Lauren was energetic and friendly. We had fun in the test drive and did not feel pressured at all. The team there was friendly and helpful. Very relaxed and professional. They had made a sign for us when we came back the next day. The whole experience felt very personal. I knew it was right and how buying a car should be.
I found a rare, manual transmission VW Passat in mint condition on the CarFax website which lead me to the Daniels BMW/ Mini of Allentown website. I filled out their email contact form and was immediately called back by Matt Murphy. My wife and I enjoyed buying our new MINI from MINI of Allentown. I have owned and enjoyed driving a MINI since 1973 and especially my 2006 Cooper S. From time to time I took it to MINI of Allentown for service. On several occasions I stopped in the show room and met Matt Murphy. He was always friendly and would offer a test drive in the newest MINI. When we decided to buy a new MINI I contacted Matt. He was extremely helpful and made the experience a joy. Also Lewis Rodrigues has been very helpful.
Totally knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everyone is there to help and make sure that your personal MINI buying experience is top notch. This was my second MINI purchased from MINI of Allentown and with Matt Murphy. Matt is a terrific salesperson who takes the time to explain everything upfront. He is low key and easygoing as well, so you won't have to worry about the high-pressure sales tactics that are all too common with other dealerships.
The lease on my 2014 was just about out, and I needed to explore whether to a) buy out my beloved Paceman or b) consider something a little different, given that I was buying a puppy and was going to need a little more room. From the beginning walking through the dealership door to the end after my purchase, all staff were very accomodating and professional. Prior to leaving, my car needed 1 item to be addressed and they went took care of it immediately.
