Lauren was great to deal with. My husband and I met with Matt in March. We were living abroad and planning to move to the Lehigh Valley in May. This dealership deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. Everyone along with Matt were more than helpful in my purchase and kept me up to date on my order. This was definitely an investment on a new car and they could not be more than helpful on ordering exactly what I wanted in my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership if the MINI is the type of vehicle you are looking to buy.
Had been deciding for almost 6 months on upgrading my current vehicle of 6 yrs,, other SUV vehicles were considered but never pursued, I've always liked a MINI cooper(from the Italian Job movie watched it over and over again),then remembered, seeing that there was a SUV type of MINI. Lauren made the experience of buying a Mini wonderful. It was my dream car and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone, even the women who did all of our paperwork was upbeat and friendly and so happy to see me drive away in my very own Mini.
Upon visiting Mini Of Allentown, Mike listened intently on what we needed financially to do a deal on a certified preowned Mini. Without game playing, Mike worked with his managers and confirmed a great deal with us within an hour. Mike was a real joy to work with. We found the same to be true with the rest of the dealer staff with whom we came in contact. We will definitely do business with Mini of Allentown in the future and would recommend this dealership enthusiastically to others.
So my wife and I had always wanted a MINI, but already have two SUV's which are necessary since we have a 5 month old baby.
