I would recommend Lauren to anyone interested in a Mini. She doesn't pressure , but her enthusiasm for Mini is infectious. Lauren knows her cars, and was hugely helpful with our purchase. This is our second Mini, and both were bought through Lauren.

Lauren, Elyse, and Mike helped me configure and order my 2014 Mini Countryman S with the JCW exterior package. Elyse not only went on my test drive, but she also shared her Mini with so that I could get ideas on what parts I wanted to get when placing my order. I walked into the Allentown Mini dealership today with one day to buy a car before I moved to Las Vegas. I dropped a long, complicated story on Lauren and she didn't bat an eyelash. She was so easy going and helpful through the whole experience--she even taught me how to drive stick.

I am a mini owner since 2004. We traded in our 2004 Mini for a 2014 Countryman. We had Lauren as a salesperson. She is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She went over everything and made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle. I can't say enough. She has a real passion for the Mini and is a real pro. When I trade in my Countryman, I will definitely will go to Lauren.

Steve did a great job getting me into the Mini that I came in too look at. He took me on a test drive that demonstrated well what the small, sporty car is capable of. His knowledge of the car and it's features was adequate, and he was even able to tell me several things I did not know about these cars. Steve also has a great personality and can relate well to anyone he speaks to, which aids to his great salesmanship. I would absolutely recommend Steve and the Mini brand to anyone looking to buy a new or certified car.

I'm a longtime Mini owner who was replacing an older '03 model with a new '14. So, I had pretty deep knowledge of the car, its history, features, and the new models. I'm also a bit of a gearhead, as I do most of my own work on my car. I was expecting the friendly service that is endemic to Mini dealers, but Lauren far surpassed that with a thorough knowledge of the brand, the technical details, and a true passion for these cars. Lauren Leabman gave me the best experience possible for the purchase of my 2014 MINI. She worked to get the deal I needed. I went from an H3 to a MINI Countryman S ALL4. Big difference but the gas mileage and fun driving experience are well worth it. I look forward to the years to come driving this car. Lots of get-up and go!
