After owning my first MINI for 12 years, it was bittersweet to consider a new car but the size of my family warranted a larger vehicle. Lauren was incredibly patient with me as I weighed my options, extremely enthusiastic about the marque, knowledgeable about the product, and an absolute joy to work with! It was a great follow-on purchasing experience to my first MINI! I can't wait to experience some MINI motoring events in our new Countryman with my kids in tow.

I recently purchased my second MINI Clubman from Matt Murphy. I go to Matt with what I want and he takes care of the rest. It is that simple. As with my prior Clubman, it had to be ordered and Matt did an excellent job of communicating where things were at in the various stages of production and shipping. It just doesn't get any easier.

The service I received at Daniels BMW was second to none. Salesman Matt Murphy was a real professional. I arrived at the dealership 45 minutes before closing and was not rushed. Matt and Elise stayed with me until the deal was complete, an hour after the doors closed.I also received follow up phone calls from both Matt and Elise.These two professionals take customer service to the next level.Great experience will never buy a car from anyone else. I stopped in last week to be introduced to the Mini line of cars. The salesperson Lauren came over and greeted me and was very knowledgeably about the product line. My second visit was this week and we went for a test drive. I was not only impressed with the Mini Countryman but was equally impressed with the outstanding knowledge Lauren had about the product line. We have been with Mini of Allentown since the start. They have been so dependable and helpful so when we decided to get our third Mini there was no question were. Matt has been waiting so patiently for this day. We ordered our current 2010 Mini Hardtop at the opening of the dealership. We took so much time to decide what we wanted and the order was made. Matt was great at every point in the sale. He was very low key during the negotiation, and he didn't apply any of the usual salesperson pressure you expect when buying a car. He called a week after the sale to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle, which was very impressive. I will definitely recommend him to friends/family when they are looking for a new car.

Our sales rep, Lauren, was absolutely FABULOUS! She is a wealth of knowledge and a true gem. She made the purchase of my 2013 MINI Paceman S a dream come true. In a time when auto sales are tough and the pressure is on, she didn't pressure us or make us feel pushed. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to work with our budget.
