I had such a Good Experience in 2011 purchasing a New vehicle, that I decided to go back and do it Again in 2013. Usually a car buying experience is exciting but stressful as most dealers seem to employ the usual sales strategy to get you to buy what they want you to buy. I have purchased several cars over the years and Mike Aumann was the best salesman ever!! He explained all the extra features that were available and facilitated the factory order/purchase. He kept me updated on the progress of the car as it was manufactured and shipped. My "Motoring Advisor" was Gail Micca, who went the extra mile making a pleasant experience of purchasing a MINI. Literally! I got a second test ride because I didn't do any "highway" miles on my first ride. That, and none of the high pressure tactics I've experienced at other dealerships. SUPER!
Gail was amazing! I was greeted upon arrival and taken care of right away. Gail was prepared for everything I threw at her. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
Extremely great sales team. Lauren being the popular salesperson she is, she referred me to Gail to help start the process while she was busy with a couple of deliveries. Gail showed us a list of potential cars and took us on a test drive. By the time we returned, Lauren was available and both Gail and Lauren along with another gentleman from the BMW dealership helped with the end of lease process to move forward with the next car for us. All in all from beginning to end, MINI and BMW, the process was seamless.
I know I probably purchased the least expensive car on the Daniels and MINI lot. No matter! Gail treated me like royalty, taking the time to work out all the details of the sale and explain all the features of my new car. Without a doubt this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Thank you!
