The process of buying a new car can be daunting, but MINI of Allentown made it such a pleasant experience! My Nissan was coming up on the end of the lease, so I was looking at several different cars as a replacement. I have no local MINI dealer, so I went to MINI of Allentown since it was the closest option. Very glad that I did! I arranged for a visit with Lauren, and she walked me through all of the options that were available. She was excellent with all of the pre-sale communication, and when I decided that a MINI Countryman would be my next vehicle, she help with all of the details. Came in cold one evening to see a car that I knew they had in stock. Met Jolene on the lot, and she gave us a quick tour of the current stock, then provided us with a demo of the convertible MINI we liked. After that, the negotiation process went very smoothly with no pressure. She called a few days after delivery to check in, and we are looking forward to our "second date." Thanks again.
