Our sales guide & -business manager were terrific. Made shopping experience very pleasant. Lauren called us a few times with information prior to our actual purchase. She was very knowledgeable & helped to seal the deal. We've been in the dealership numerous times before but her friendliness & customer attention were second to none.

Mike is truly a professional and made us feel welcome, not pressured. His knowledge of the MINI brand, the available models, features and the many different options was top notch. From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt at home and relaxed which allowed us to really absorb the cars and get up close and personal with them. I had a very positive experience buying a New Mini Countryman. Mike worked with me in finding the exact car I wanted. I am very, very pleased with the purchase. It took a while to negotiate what I thought was a fair trade in value, but we did it! Car prep took longer then I would have preferred, but the car I bought, which was the car I wanted, had just arrived at the dealership.

Just bought my forth Mini from Mini of Allentown. All my others were bought in lets say another state. Since I always had my service done at this dealership, I gave them a try. What a great experience I had with them and Lauren, my Motoring Advisor she was awesome. Nice to deal with a "sales person" that's real. She not only sells Mini's, she love's Mini's and when your buying your forth Mini it's a breath of fresh air. My experience was very positive. The dealer that we worked with, Lauren, was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She also went above and beyond to order the exact car that we were looking for. In the end, I received a car that I am very happy with and also had a very positive experience with the dealership and dealer.

Everything was straightforward and as I would have hoped. I researched the car online and experienced no surprises when the price was presented. We disagreed a bit concerning my trade value but that was easily resolved. I was buying a mini roadster because it's a fun vehicle and I have to say Lauren added to the fun factor. She was very friendly and upbeat and presented the car well.
