Coming into MINI of Allentown I did not know anything about MINI Coopers. Speaking to Lauren was the best thing I could have done. I left knowledgeable and happy. I visited MINI of Allentown for service for the first time today, and my experience was fabulous. Although I’ve owned a 2005 MINI Cooper for years, I’ve always had my local mechanic work on it, because it’s more convenient for me. My overall experience was fantastic. From the initial test drive to the final sale Gail was superb to deal with ! Gail epitomized customer service at its best as she even gave me lessons on driving stick ! I'm thoroughly pleased with my Mini and the staff at Allentown Mini.
