I always hated going to buy cars- it always seemed the process took forever. Then I had kids and hated going even more! We bought a pre-owned car at mini- with my kids along- and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jolene was very friendly and accommodating with the kids. When I first went to Mini of Allentown. I met Jolene and I am so lucky that she really know my needs and we had pleasant conversation. After then, she text me in time when appropriate car come in. She considered every thing for me and provided qualified service. She helps me a lot to choose my first car!
Our experience was a very pleasant one. Lauren was quick to respond to our inquiry. She answered all of our questions and was friendly, patient, and polite. All our requests were met and we were pleased with the way we were treated and are very happy with our new Mini.

Lauren Leabman and the rest of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Lauren has an obvious passion for the product that she sells and her enthusiasm made the whole process a lot of fun. I usually don't usually enjoy buying cars but my experience at MINI of Allentown has been terrific.
Lauren Leabman and the staff are just so welcoming and kind and patient to work with. Lauren made my experience wonderful and answered every question I had and trust me I had many. I waited a long time to get my dream car and its awesome! Ask for Lauren she has an upbeat personality and will bend over backwards for you. The Mini is a blast to drive! Love it!

Matt and Elyse were fantastic. MINI of Allentown offered superb customer service and information, and most importantly a very friendly environment. I never felt like I was being forced into buying like other dealers I have dealt with. Would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade and experience the fun of driving a MINI.
