We had gone to mini of morristown to purchase my mini. They were not helpful at all. When we went to Mini of Allentown we were met with a world of difference. Worked with Lauren to select from various models - Roadster, Mini Hardtop and Clubman. She was very friendly and helpful going over the model differences and features of each. When we picked up the car, she did a great job explaining each and every button and knob in the cockpit and welcomed me to the Mini family. She's a great ambassador for the brand and the dealership and a Mini owner herself.

Matt Murphy worked with me on the decision on the Mini Cooper S Convertable. He was outstanding in every regard. He always shows a personal interest either when I spoke to him on the phone or saw him in the showroom. He kept me updated on the status of my order and made sure everything was in good order when I can to pick up the car. Can't say enough good things about him or his coworkers. Lauren was great at communication from the start, kept all the details straight and made the process of purchasing a MINI very smooth, efficient and fun. My husband and I appreciated her knowledge and enthusiasm for MINIs and that fact there were no surprises in the process. The others we met at the dealer were friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Lauren in particular.

I wanted to just put a shout out to Lauren Leabman! She was the most delightful individual to work with in trading in my old Mini. She was professional, but yet personable. Everything went smoothly that day and it seemed like everyone was purchasing a car at that particular time! Very busy! Lauren maintained her smile the whole visit and with her engaging personality she made us feel like our needs were important to her.
