I always wanted a Mini Cooper, and with a new job, I was eager to get one! A friend from another dealer sent me to Mini of Allentown to Mike and he was GREAT. He was able to show me multiple options on cars that fit my taste and really took into account my finances. He kept his professionalism but came off so friendly as if I had known him for years! I purchased a used MINI for my son with Lauren's assistance. She was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. High energy. She seemed to share our excitement and so we enjoyed the whole experience. In fact, I went back 3 weeks later a purchased a second MINI (this time a new one) with her assistance. And so.....just go buy one! The car is fun and you won't go wrong if Lauren assists you as well.

Trading and purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful for most people. We always start so far apart in negotiations and hopefully end up some where in the middle. Lauren and Gail made this experience much more enjoyable than usual. It was a pleasure to be with them, and I ended up with pretty close to the deal I was after. I just bought a new Mini and the experience was outstanding. I am so impressed with the car and all the extras that the dealership provides. Lauren is an exceptional "motoring advisor." She was well-versed in all aspects of the Mini, as well as the details of buying a new car. She is energetic, patient, and thorough. I left with my new Mini, fully ready to use. She even set up my BlueTooth for my phone, and customized my key entry and radio. I highly recommend the car, dealership, and Lauren! Kudos!

I first went to Mini of Allentown last year to get an idea about the car- a convertible, no question there. I met with Lauren and we "built" a car. This time, I was ready to buy. I had excellent service from start to finish on my purchase of a MINI Cooper S Clubman. Matt Murphy worked with me, very patiently, until everything was ordered & delivered to my satisfaction. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and again, patient. There was an issue when I picked up the MINI (the wrong roof graphic was delivered) but they were extremely kind and generous while I waited. They saw to my every need.
