My experience at Mini of Allentown was fantastic. I have never been to a car dealership that is so laid back and friendly as Mini of Allentown. The atmosphere is great and the staff makes you feel right at home. The salesmen do their best to work with you and make you feel comfortable price wise with your purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!!

Lauren was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and worked to find solutions in areas where there was potential for problems. She offered to have our car washed while we were waiting for paperwork! Buying a new car is not an experience that I typically enjoy - I find it very stressful. Just leased our 2nd mini in just under a year. The experience with Lauren was so great the first time I had to go back to her again. Once you find the car you like, it's like all the pressure is off of you. Even if finding the car you want takes a going over a few different models/features etc. She was just as pleasant and fun to be around when first meeting me, and equally as pleasant after 2 hours of me changing my mind, and getting her stuck there late (again!).
