I walked in to the dealership, looking for a new car. my lease was up in a matter of weeks. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren. Working with Lauren was the most pleasant car byuing experiences I've had so far. Her enthusiasm and energy are genuine and made me truly enjoy the process of purchasing my MINI. Only one problem since I bought my Mini yesterday....I CAN'T STOP SMILING FROM EAR TO EAR! The whole car buying experience was terrific and Mike was a big part of it. He located a Countryman in Ohio that had just about everything I was looking for, and what it didn't have, he arranged for it to be added pronto. A great car, a great salesman, a great dealership.

Prior to scheduling a test drive my mother had recently purchased a Mini Coupe from Mini of Allentown. When she arrived home I was so jealous because I had always wanted a Mini, but didn't think I would ever be able to afford one. My experience with this dealer was beyond great. The associate Lauren was so warm and inviting I felt like I had known her forever. She was so professional and most of all extremely friendly. It was easy to buy at this dealership. There was no pressure to buy like some other places that almost breathe down your neck to the point of running a customer off, there was none of that, instead there was the freeness to look around. This is our second new Mini from this dealership in the last 18 months. Absolutely love the cars and the dealership. I've had some very expensive cars through the years, and the Mini Cooper is one of the most amazing rides. In my opinion, it has to be one of the best values in the auto industry .....

Matt was very friendly and enthusiastic; he really knows and likes the cars. He spent lots of time with me showing me various cars and making sure that I found the exact right car for me. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and welcoming and they made the purchase a pleasant, easy experience. I would definitely buy another car here and I would tell anyone to go get a MINI here.
