We had a very pleasant experience. Lauren Leabman was very enthusiastic and knowledgable. She took the time to go over all the Mini's features. She also followed up to see how we were enjoying our purchase.
I was quite impressed with Lauren. She was outgoing and very friendly and , at the same time , very professional . She knew the Mini brand inside and out and was able to answer all my questions . In fact she was so passionate about the car, there was no doubt that I had to have one. Dealt with Matt via email for a few months he was very patient with myself and my wife. He didn't believe that we were really going to buy but when we finally showed up on the lot with this cash he was convinced and gave us the same price you quoted in email. He was courteous and prompt. Was patient with my wife and showing her all the gadgets that came in her new mini.
Lauren was very helpful in all aspects of our interest in the Mini Cooper. She responed to all our questions with accuracy and insight. We really appreciated that she WAS NOT pushy or agressive. Her kind and friendly demeanor, her willingness to accomodate our requests for what we wanted, and her bubbly personality was defintely assuring to us. Lauren was great to work with, unfortunately my Mother in law was sick in the hospital and not expected to make it. This was in between purchasing our Countryman All4 on the 8th and picking it up on the 10th of December, she passed away on the 16th .
