This dealership breaks the mold from what most people would expect from a car dealership. My sales rep Lauren was super friendly from the start, and had the answers to everything in a very low pressure environment. My experience at Mini of Allentown was great. They do everything right there. The facility is immaculate and very comfortable. It is highly evident that they take great pride in their product and display that pride with enthusiasm. Mike Aumann was a pleasure to work with and did everything to make the deal work to my requirements. I highly recommend the dealership, sales, and support staff.
Lauren was fantastic. She upheld (and exceeded) my expecatations of what I thought the "MINI" buying experience would be. Very friendly, extremlely "mini" knowledgable and super energetic!!!!
Honest, timely patient and personable service whether phone, email or on site. The after sale support is also superior. Gotta Luv'em! The ease of access to their location is very important when driving from Syracuse.

Mike was very helpful during time we worked with him. My daughter has been pining for a MINI since she was 13 and the time had come for her to have her own car for her summer internship and nothing would do but a MINI. She and my husband visited the Mike Aumann at the dealership over the Christmas college break and talked about the car she would like. Lauren is a sweet girl and an awesome person. She is excellent at her job and probably the best salesperson I have had. I only wish more people were like her.
These guys FREAKING ROCK! My husband and I purchased our first Mini 8 months ago from Matt, and had to come back and get another one! We absolutely love this dealership and the people who work there! Matt was wonderful as usual and the girls, Elyse and Mary in Finance were awesome. We always refer people to these guys and will continue to do so for EVER! Overall I had a very good experience, Lauren was very professional and easy to work with. I felt like we worked well together on price and got to a point that I felt was fair.
