Lauren was a true delight to work with in the car buying process. What is usually a very grueling process was in fact an excellent experience that resulted in a very good deal for us. She has a true passion for the Mini and it shows and it's contagious. My compliments.
The biggest reason I gave the ratings I doid= above is for the fact at the end of my purchase I felt the people I worked with could be considered as friends comepared to just people I bought a car off of. Amazing service, and very Helpful. Mike Aumann was a pleaser working with. After the sale, the customer servie has contunied with great serive.
From first contact on my initial call Mike was responsive and accomodating. Mike took all the time that was needed to let us compare the 2 models we were interested in,and gave complete demo drives our first and second visits to the dealership. At delivery, we were introduced to the General Manager, Bill Stoeckel, and he graciously thanked us for our vote of confidence in the Dealership by purchasing a vehicle from them. My only regret is that the survey would not allow me to vote with a 10.

The process of buying a new vehicle is, for me anyway, a slow and torturous one, filled with some shady salespeople and then some good ones too. Staff was friendly, informative, and responded quickly to all my questions. My MINI Cooper Hardtop was a custom order and the car was delivered in advance of the originally estimated delivery date. Financing was handled seamlessly through MINI Financing and I received a very competitive interest rate. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with our experience at MINI of Allentown, from my first contact through email with Mike and dotting the I's and T's with Elyse for purchase of the vehicle. Matt is a great person. He is very caring, sincere, thougthful, honest and sooo patient. I would recommend everyone I know to go see him. Even if they live far. He is well worth the long ride. My husband and I test drove several vechicals that day and made our decsion to go with the Mini Countryman. We are crazy about this car. We are having way to much fun with it.
