Had a great experience buying our new used mini. Great staff , no sales pressure. Lauren was awesome to work with. We are still Beaming how great it was to have Lauren as our sales person. 5 stars all the way for this dealership.

Matt made my MINI experience as easy as buying a car could ever be. ALL the 5 star reviews are legit. RICK the finance manager is great as well. It was a pleasure dealing with MINI OF ALLENTOWN. They are my new MINI dealer. Well worth the 1hr drive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have leased or purchased 5 Mini's from Mini of Allentown. Our buying experience has been streamlined and pleasant. The casual atmosphere puts you at ease when making an important purchase. Our service tech, Robin Cox is VERY knowledgeable and helpful when we have service issues. Mini of Allentown is the best dealership that we have ever worked with. We will continue purchasing from them in the future because of all of the positive experiences that we've had.

Lauren came highly recommended by my aunt and a close friend. I expected a good experience based on the recommendation, and I've purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, but no experience was quite as good as this one. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable, high energy and so easy to deal with. I'm so happy to have joined the Mini Cooper family and can't say enough nice things about Lauren and MINI of Allentown!

As we are on our 4th & 5th Minis, I think I qualify as someone who can recognize and appreciate what we is all about. We drove 50 miles after a snowy AM to get my daughter her new Mini from Mini of Allentown. Lauren and Keith are awesome. You'll be pressed to find nicer people. I now know why they are #1 in PA!

I actually very much enjoyed my car buying experience with this dealership (I say 'actually' because every other experience has been well under par). Not your typical, pushy, sales pitching. Everyone is very friendly and laid back, yet professional. Every time I walked in, it seemed as I was greeted by friends, not sales people. Nice, easy, comfortable, friendly experience. Jolene was extremely knowledgeable even though this was the first model year for the Hybrid Countryman. have been to a few dealerships. this was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase experience i have ever had. the dealer location is a good distance from where i live but it was worth the trip. i absolutly would consider woking with lauren again. she is very knowledable about the cars, lovely personality and incredible follow-up.
