We went to Mini of Pittsburgh. We didn't have a great vibe.Not happy with the way things were handled. Would deffinitely recommend mini of Allentown.

So this purchase has been my second. First we had our Lucy, a MINI Cooper H/T. We traded her in for Sport, our MINI Countryman S AWD. Now of course, I am completely delighted with my MINI Countryman, however, it is truly Lauren’s adorable personality that adds to the whole cuteness of the MINI experience. She is so lighthearted! This is the second car that I purchased at Mini Allentown Lauren Leabman was my motoring advisor for the second time and she really hit it out of the park for m. the dealership got me a great deal on the financing and also on my trade would’ve never gotten this at another dealership. I have been taking my other mini to the service department and will continue to Luis is great at taking care of the customers.

The customer service here is beyond any expectations you would assume at any other dealership. You feel welcomed from the moment you get to the building when your name is on a sign on the front door. Jolene was extremely educated on the MINI vehicles and will make you feel comfortable throughout your whole experience. They were also able to work with the budget that I had and make sure I was alright with the payments moving forward which I greatly appreciated.

I just had my car inspected and an oil change. Robin called to give me a price and also asked when I would like to pick up my car. He also asked if I wanted my tires rotated for better wear on the good ones. It was ready on time and was sparkling clean on the inside and out! I saw my sales rep, Lauren, when I arrived and received a welcoming hug! The Mini experience is excellent. I'm always treated with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a pleasant buying experience. Bravo!

Mini of Allentown is my dealership of choice and Matt would be the salesperson that I would recommend to anyone. Brought my MINI in for tailgate module testing with data being forwarded to the BMW home office. Once data was sent a new tailgate module would be installed. After the module was replaced the car was sent to the body shop for repair . All of the service and repair was handled with the utmost professionalism and I am well pleased with the results.
