I was about to return from vaction, and my Jaguar displayed a trouble code. I called Sharpe from my hotel and was kindly greated by Heather in service. A half hour later I was greated with a smile on my arrival and my car was taken quickly for diagnosis. Within an hour they had me back on the road. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my experience. Sharpe is a class act!

BMW Client Advisor Dan Erdei is the primary reason we purchased a vehicle from The Sharpe Collection. My entire family had a wonderful time at Sharpe BMW. Dan Erdei is very pleasant to work with. Dan was very attentive to our needs. I asked Dan to have a few issues such as Bluetooth codes ready for us to speed the deliver process and Dan delivered on everything! My experience with Sharpe Collections was VERY GOOD !!! Shaun was very professional in dealing with my needs and freindly in his sales approach. I would do business with SHARPE again totally due to the service provided Shaun and his group.
Love everything about the dealer and the car. I have no regrets, but I believe that the car could have been a bit more price competitive. But the Mini is a "premium" small car, so I guess you do get what you pay for.
David did an excellent job in walking me through the car and showing how all the equipment should operate. Also was helpful in setting up all on line information. Made the delivery most smooth.
Dan was very forthright with both my wife and myself, pointing out the attributes and value of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He was also patient with us, and I did not feel that there was any pressure involved. Once the sale was completed he did everything possible to retrieve my wife's Garmin that she had inadvertently left in the car we traded in. I was asked to rate the dealer and felt that I owed them my opinion. I first discovered the Mini while on a business trip. I was looking for a small fuel efficient car. I had looked at most everything but a Mini. I was greeted by a co owner of the dealership although I didin't know that at the time.
