I have been residing in Mira Bella apartments for over one year now. I am very impressed with their current community manager, Christina Nelson. Christina is the perfect example of a leader and professional. I met her when I was reporting an issue regarding my apartment. Prior to my meeting her, I watched her encounter with another resident, and she was very patient and quick to action. I was speaking with the receptionist while waiting to speak with Christina. The first thing she said was "so I hear you are from Texas," I was so impressed by her attention to detail. She was able to assist me with resolving my issue and gave me affirmation that I can follow up with her at any time if needed. Every time I see her in the community, she greets with her smile and salutation. I could go on and on about Christina. I will say one more thing, I was a bit stressed over the holidays regarding family visiting and accommodation and I spoke with Christina, and she immediately assisted and took the time with me despite the fact she was on her way out. It is a great feeling when you feel at home in a space with so many people such as an apartment.

My son and I have lived here for over a year and we are beyond happy with the leasing office and how helpful they are. Amy J was amazing from the start when I was interested in moving and helped me along the way. Great team and community!

Christina and her team are truly amazing. They are always attentive, happy to help and you can tell they really care about the community. I’ve been here for 5 years and appreciate all they do to keep the community clean and a nice place to live.

My family and I have been going through a difficult time finding an apartment until we came across Mira Bella Apartments. Not only does our apartment check all of the boxes for what we need but it also has everything we want in a home. To make our experience even better, Juan from the management team deserve a 5 star review for how helpful and welcoming he's made us feel. I would highly recommend living here.

Juan and Christina are absolutely outstanding. My family have chose to call this place home for a few years now and it’s been a pleasure. I had to take the time out my day to say how AMAZING Amy Martinez is. I have only worked with her a short amount of weeks but she has been nothing but proactive and informative to help me and my daughter get our place where we can call home. It makes people like her feel at ease and comfortable while dealing with the moving process. I look forward to working with her, during my time living at Mira Bella because of her 😊
