This place is incredible. The management team and maintenance team are incredible. I lived there for 2 years and was sad to have to move. From the day I meet Rachel to do a walk through of an apartment (which was a surprise to her due to a miss communication on my part) it felt like home. Every time I went to the leasing office (normally to pick up a package) I was greeted with someone that was happy to see me, or at least acted like they were. I want to say thank you the the whole team they have wonderful service since moment we moved in they worked with us in every way I would highly recommended them to any one moving into San Diego with family or animal with a wonderful park I will miss the staff the apartment family atmosphere and the management thank you Christina Rachel and Andrew Barbra and all who make this team were great full you let us stay for the 2 year we loved every day to we were with you guys

Nice place to live! I have lived here for over a year and have been very happy so far. The maintenance crew are fantastic and are there right away when you report a problem. Love the trash service too. I looked at a lot of places and this was much better than everything else out there. The office team is wonderful and very helpful! As with any other property, its definitely challenging keeping the grounds clean and groomed at all times but they do a great job at it. Kudo's to Mira Bella!

Rachael and Barbara are the best!!! Very knowledgeable and super polite. The maintenance is very responsive and the rest of the staff is always on top of any requests you may need along the way. It is a very quiet complex and dog friendly as well!

Living at Mirabella is great thanks to Rachael! Talk about the best leasing agent ever. She always goes out of her way to help us in any way she can. We feel like we're part of a family here. Whenever we walk into the office we're greeted with a smile. Rachael is so personable and she remembers people by name and apartment number. What can I say!? I wish I still live at Mira Bella but unfortunately we moved 3 weeks ago and are very sad! But let's just start by saying thank you Rachel & Barbara for going out of your way to make our living nice, pleasant and very lovely. MAINTENCE- They are QUICK to respond to any needs we have. Every time we've requested them to come to our apartment they're usually knocking on our door within the hour and they always resolve whatever issue we have quickly. I've lived at Mira Bella for just over a year now and it has been the most well managed apartment complex that I've ever lived at. The leasing office has the kindest staff who I believe truly care about the tenants. As a young military family, and with a husband who is gone often, I love it here because I feel so safe. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the two gyms are amazing! The convenience to my daughters school is a huge plus and the lush tropical plants and greenery make the apartment a really nice place to walk ... read more
