The amenities are... (Verified Renter) The amenities are nice and the location and safety are all plusses, however the staff really needs to check and make sure the appliances are working and be upfront about what charges are additional to the rent.

Between my roommate... (Verified Renter) Between my roommate and I, our veiled were broken into three times. Not even due to visible items. My roommate had a solid black cover to the bed of his truck that was forced open. My license plates were stolen that same day. Cameras were of zero help. If you want to have someone call it home, it needs to be safe. The doorknobs in the hallway were always in poor repair and hard to open at times (fire safety issue!).
