Nice amenities, a few issues though. My daughter moved out with a forwarding address and final bill went to collections only 30 days after she moved out. Issue was resolved, but 30 days to collections and potentially blemish the credit of young adults is a bit ridiculous. They also don't secure the mail room and packages were stolen often.

Before going out of town for a week, we were unable to adjust a shipment of perishable (and expensive) dog food, so we thought we were just out of luck. But thankfully, Amy from the Mira Bella management team was outstanding! She offered to watch out for our package and ensure it remained frozen until we returned and were able to pick it up. I love Mira Bella it's hands down the best place I've lived in San Diego so far! There's tons of space, the lighting and details in the apartments are above amazing, the view from my apartment is beautiful and office staff are very helpful. They also have the most convenient parcel pick up system! 10/10 recommended!!!!!!!

Moved here a few months ago and it's the best complex I've lived in (I've lived in 5 different complexes over the course of the past several years). Very quick and helpful management staff, Ashley in the office responds to emails almost immediately, and the premises are kept very tidy and clean. I have nothing but good things to say about living at Mira Bella and I plan on staying once my lease is up!

This apartment has been extremely accommodating for us. As travel nurses, we had housing through a different agency fall through last minute. Amy in the front office was able to set us up with affordable housing through Mira Bella with a short term lease that would provide us housing for the 4 months that we would be living here. Check in was extremely easy and quick, the apartment is clean and spacious, the neighbors are nice, and the area is extremely dog friendly. Lived here for 2 years and honestly loved it so much. I just recently moved but it was perfect location for my family and I because it was central to everything! Loved how clean and pristine all of the common areas are! It's a quiet apartment complex with plenty of space for your pets, too! Also love how helpful Ashley and the whole team is whenever we have something come up. Grateful for the time we got to spend at Mirabella!

Mirabella is by far the best community I've ever lived in. Christina, the manager, goes above and beyond for her residents. Juan and Ashley are always so sweet and so nice ensuring work orders and any other requests are fulfilled. The maintenance team is outstanding and extremely respectful. The entire staff at Mirabella are some of the best people I've ever met. Moved in two days before Covid-19 hit. Juan and Ashley have been very informative with how my maintenance requests will be handled in the safest possible way. There was a delay to get them done, however i'm okay with the staff staying safe and at least letting me know there would be a delay in completing my requests in order to keep me safe as well. I lived at Mira Bella for a year. Initially, I was just looking to live near convoy because I love all of the restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I often drove past the building on my way to Nijiya as it is right off the 805 AND 163. I was living in North Park at the time.
