Moved here a few months ago and it's the best complex I've lived in (I've lived in 5 different complexes over the course of the past several years). Very quick and helpful management staff, Ashley in the office responds to emails almost immediately, and the premises are kept very tidy and clean. I have nothing but good things to say about living at Mira Bella and I plan on staying once my lease is up!

This apartment has been extremely accommodating for us. As travel nurses, we had housing through a different agency fall through last minute. Amy in the front office was able to set us up with affordable housing through Mira Bella with a short term lease that would provide us housing for the 4 months that we would be living here. Lived here for 2 years and honestly loved it so much. I just recently moved but it was perfect location for my family and I because it was central to everything! Loved how clean and pristine all of the common areas are! It's a quiet apartment complex with plenty of space for your pets, too! Also love how helpful Ashley and the whole team is whenever we have something come up. Grateful for the time we got to spend at Mirabella!

Mirabella is by far the best community I've ever lived in. Christina, the manager, goes above and beyond for her residents. Juan and Ashley are always so sweet and so nice ensuring work orders and any other requests are fulfilled. The maintenance team is outstanding and extremely respectful. The entire staff at Mirabella are some of the best people I've ever met. Moved in two days before Covid-19 hit. Juan and Ashley have been very informative with how my maintenance requests will be handled in the safest possible way. There was a delay to get them done, however i'm okay with the staff staying safe and at least letting me know there would be a delay in completing my requests in order to keep me safe as well. I lived at Mira Bella for a year. Initially, I was just looking to live near convoy because I love all of the restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I often drove past the building on my way to Nijiya as it is right off the 805 AND 163. I was living in North Park at the time. I decided to check out the apartments and had an incredible tour by a young lady named Ashley. She was so nice, helpful, and punny if I dare say! We moved in a few months ago and love our new apartment! It's super spacious and has a great kitchen! The pool and other amenities are really nice and clean and the staff are very helpful, especially Ashley. Highly recommend!

Been here 10 months and we just moved to a bigger unit 3 doors down! Love the community and grounds. Ashley in the office has been especially amazing and accommodating from our very first day here all the way to our trouble free transfer to our new unit. Maintenance requests have always been accomplished in a timely manner. Looking forward for the pool (open with restrictions) and gym to reopen when practical post COVID-19. Thank you everyone in the office for all that you do!

Moved to Mira Bella after living in Little Italy for 3yrs and could not be happier. Apartments are significantly larger, drastically quieter, and considerably less in cost. Ashley from the leasing office is the absolute best; extremely nice, super sweet, exceptionally helpful, and even keeps the residents feeling welcome and together with Virtual Events during Covid.
