I've lived at Mira Bella for some time now and, like any place, it has its good and bad. The good: - The maintenance staff is awesome. I've only had a couple of issues that needed to be resolved and each time, they've been able to fix the problem that day. They're very trustworthy; I'm comfortable with them letting themselves in when I'm not home. - The office staff are also great. They are all very friendly and helpful. - The apartments are updated. - The resident lounge and gym are great. The gym can get a little busy ... read more

I moved into the Mira Bella apartments this week. Rachael is so kind, as well as other office and maintenance staff members. The staff has done everything to facilitate my seamless move into the apartments. The apartment and common areas are excellently maintained. Trash is picked up from the front door. The corridors are extra wide and airy. I am so happy to call Mira Bella my home. Thank you Mira Bella Staff!

I recently located back to SoCal and accidentally ran across Mira Bella in my search to find a new place to call home. It was a good accident ! I can't say enough good things about the staff. You walk into the leasing office and someone quickly gets up and greets you with a friendly smile, and they are quick to help or answer any questions one may have. We just moved to Mira Bella 2 days ago but I still feel compelled to post my experience thus far. Firstly, Barbara Hart is the best leasing agent I've ever dealt with. She was a pleasure from the first time I spoke to her on the phone. She made the search process seamless and was always available to answer any questions. Move in day went off without a hitch. Mira Bella is a great place to call home! Well maintained luxury apartment homes. Staff is friendly and will not hesitate one minute to help with any requests or issues that arise. I have signed 2 additional leases after my original term. Thank you Mira Bella!
My Husband and I have lived here for a year and is the best place as far as renting goes. We lived up in UTC before moving to Mirabella and realized how much more you get here than anywhere in UTC for much less money. The staff, and the maintenance folks are second to none. They put on fun events, keep the place clean and enjoyable. I would recommend Mirabella to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to live.
Unfortunately, I have to move out of this place. The reason why this place is maybe the best property in San Diego to live, is because of the people who work there, from the Leasing agents, to the manager and assistant manager, to the Maintenance who take care of any request I have ever made in a couple of hours. I am going to miss living here and living here will spoil you. You will feel like you are living at a resort and are on a permanent vacation. Thank you Mira Bella for a great year!

Lived here for a few months. My husband got stationed here in SD so of course I had to follow. This place is pretty quiet... I have no complaints so far:) Maybe the loud kids by the pool but they are quiet by curfew. As for parking. There is plenty of space! Close to hospitals too if you're a medical professional. I can walk to work!
