Moved to Mira Bella after living in Little Italy for 3yrs and could not be happier. Apartments are significantly larger, drastically quieter, and considerably less in cost. Ashley from the leasing office is the absolute best; extremely nice, super sweet, exceptionally helpful, and even keeps the residents feeling welcome and together with Virtual Events during Covid. I wish I could give this place more stars as my now husband and I were very excited to live there. Most of the management and leasing specialists that work there are great, with the exception of one. There are a lot of residents who don't care about keeping things clean, or being respectful to neighbors. People are very quick to make noise complaints for minor things at all hours of the day. The leasing office staff at Mira Bella is outstanding! My family was faced with a very sensitive situation only a couple weeks after moving to Mira Bella. Me and two of my friends moved in a few months ago to a 3 bedroom apartment and we love it! It is so spacious and very quiet! The master bedroom and bathroom is huge and we have our own washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a huge patio which we love using. The kitchen is very spacious and there is so much storage space! The amenities are amazing as well, we love using the pool and jacuzzi. There is also a 24 hour gym! Overall we love living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This apartment complex is amazing! I'm so happy living here. I recently relocated to Mira Bella, was living downtown for the last 5 years. I chose this property mostly because of the location, but this place blows the competition out of the water. The floor plans and units are all beautiful, the amenities they offer are great for me, (24 hour fitness room) the pool is huge as well. I chose Mira Bella for the great location (central to everything) but I stay because of the great amenities and the amazing customer service. Since moving in I have received nothing but the warmest welcome an accommodation from the staff, especially Drew the Manager and Ashley. Even when I was being difficult in deciding which unit I wanted Ashley remained patient with me and made sure I was happy with my decision. The apartment themselves are really nice and spacious. There's been a few maintenance issues but the maintenance guys have come fairly quick and get the job done right. One time we had a plumbing emergency and they came right away. Other than that, these apartments NEED BETTER Porter service...the walkways are always dirty, the stairs are always dirty, the grills are messy and gross, and the tables and lounging chairs are always dusty. Safe, clean, and quiet. I lived on the top floor so we never had a noise problem from above. Staff was alway nice and helpful. Some of the residents were pigs and would just kick their trash out of their cars and leave cans in the stairway but that can happen anywhere. The valet trash is mandatory but we loved it. We lived here for three years and only had one small maintenance problem. Their features which they consider convenient, aren't actually that great. It can take up to five minutes to get from your car in the garage to the front door. There aren't enough stairs and elevators and the apartment complex is kind of a maze with long hallways. You also have to have a key fob to even use the elevator. Which is annoying when you have your hands full with groceries. It also makes it inconvenient for guests to come visit because they can't use the elevator without a fob.
