Clean, spacious and kid friendly! The office staff is super helpful and responsive. The property is kept up really well, and it's great that there's a park next door.

My family has been living here for about 4 years. The amenities make for very comfortable living and are well-maintained. I say it's "good" because apartment living comes with apartment-living issues like the occasional inconsiderate neighbors who don't feel obligated to clean up after their dogs or keep them leashed in common areas and elevators being out of service...frequently (which can be a bummer if you use a wheelchair or crutches or can't use stairs for whatever reason). Our family of three have been living at Mira Bella Apartments for 3 years. It has been an okay experience. The location is so central and near a pretty clean park. There is a parking garage that is fairly safe. The amenities are nice but not luxury. The Resident Lounge is only available for use during Office Hours. A majority of us work during those hours and would like to enjoy it after work but it is impossible since they lock it up for fear of someone stealing but the pool is always packed in the summers after 10pm with d... read more

We have lived at Mira Bella for about 6 years and we really love our home. The property is well maintained and the location is perfect for us. There were some issues here and there but the management and the maintenance team have been working with us to ensure all issues are resolved. We appreciate that Amy has been helping and taking care of us with our transition when moving in to our home after the renovation.

I have chosen to continue to live at Mira Bella for several reasons that include well-maintained facilities, a variety of amenities, courteous staff, and a very convenient centralized location in the Kearny Mesa community.
