The price is still a bit high, however so is everything in San Diego and with these amenities so if someone can afford it I would recommend it for an apartment and also depending where the apartment is located.

This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a beautiful property. The leasing agent was so nice. We were looking for my daughter who is starting college. And she treated her nicely and maturely.

Kitchen appliances, heater,... (Verified Renter) Kitchen appliances, heater, AC need maintenance. Dish washer, washing machine, AC unit were broken at the moment of moving in. After moving in we had to place many different maintenance orders to get them fixed.
