We have lived in this complex for (4) months. I chose to write a review after we had some time to settle in. . Barbara was exceptional when it came to the touring of the unit, explaining everything about the complex and making the application process easy. When we moved in, we were told to park the moving truck by the city park and while that worked, I now realize there are better options. As a military family, constantly moving and trying to find adorable, and safe housing is always the biggest challenge. We recently got orders to San Diego and were completely over whelmed by the amount of apartment and condo communities in the area. And not to mention the wide range rental rates. Been living here with my wife and kids for two years and it's been great. Staff is very helpful and responsive even during a few REALLY late night situations. The amenities are really cool. My kids love the pool. Wife and I love both gyms. It's nice only needing to put garbage outside the apartment and the buildings pretty safe and secure. Having Angier Elementary a mile or two away makes getting the kids to school VERY easy too and Taft Middle School isn't too far either. I have lived at the Mira Bella for over 2 years and in this time have found the staff, both office and maintenance to be very nice and helpful. They treat you like part of the family and are quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests that you may have. As for the amenities they are first rate. You've got beautiful grounds that are well maintained, a nice clubhouse with pool table and big screen TV, and the great pool area with hot tub. We have been a current resident here at MiraBella for several years. Recently I have been traveling to find a place for my Aunt who is relocating to San Diego. We have been searching for three weeks straight on apartments here in San Diego all the way to Lake Elsinore. We have met many property managers and staff who have been just down right horrible and not friendly at all, especially when we had a scheduled appointment with a property and confirmed with the agent prior to us traveling up to Lake Elsinore for a meeting. First Review: I am in the process of moving into Mira Bella apartments. We are military and we are relocating back to San Diego as I will be going to school for the nursing program. We looked at more than enough apartments and we "kind of" like them all. However, when we came to Mira Bella (Which we found by accident) we were sold!!! I moved out to my own condo in October 2015. Lived at Mira Bella for about 20 months. I have the highest regard for the staff at Mira Bella. They always stood by their word and did their best to provide prompt, reliable and friendly service. They worked with me at every turn to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable and were quite flexible with the arrangements that had to be made when it was time for me to move out. Great people!
