I've just recently moved in, but so far I absolutely love it. The staff is kind and helpful, especially Yvette. Without her, this move would've been so much more difficult. She answered all questions and went above and beyond for my roommates and I. Moving is not usually a fun process, but she made it 1000x less stressful overall.

I am still new to the complex, so I don't have feedback on the apartment or community yet; however, my experience with Yvette has been exceptional. She was diligent and communicated clearly as we worked through a few roadblocks, making the process much smoother. Her professionalism and support have been greatly appreciated.

Mira Bella is positively one of the best apartment communities you could live in here in San Diego. This me and my wife's first place together and we couldn't have been happier. As I'm in the military, I've moved through my fair share of apartments here in San Diego and this one is far and away the best. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very well kept. Overall, this place is nice. Nice amenities gym, community room, pool, hot tub, grills, parking,etc . The noise is kept to almost completely nonexistent. Neighbors are always polite. (People do need to work on picking up their dog poop though and the elevators break down A LOT.) Maintenance does a 4 out of 5 job in addressing and fixing problems we tell them about. We have enjoyed living here so far. The common spaces are kept clean and the unit we are in (1 bed 1 bath) has a great layout making it feel much more spacious. The office staff are all really friendly and the maintenance staff as well. Living in an apartment will always come with downsides. A few things that I wish would be addressed is security and noise (particularly dogs that bark all day and are left out on the patio). One major plus is having Carrillo Heights Park just right behind the complex!

As a ceo of a company I hate to write bad reviews however they have earned 5 stars for taking care of me. Mira Bella staff Camille and Christina been very great to me when I had a inhabitable unit they moved me into another unit with a better view and I'm grateful for them to accommodate for me. They have both addressed my concerns whenever I had issues which I really value. This complex is definitely the nicest in the city 5 stars to Mira Bella management Christina and Camille.

Thanks corporate for that generic response. You never emailed me back personally, but a blast on yelp and oh looky... whatever. I'm sure this place is probably no worse than the other big corporate run apartment buildings. I even gave it more stars than I had before because the people who work here are nice. Shout out to the maintenance staff and porters!! Y'all are awesome!! As is the Living Valet picker upper! I have been residing in Mira Bella apartments for over one year now. I am very impressed with their current community manager, Christina Nelson. Christina is the perfect example of a leader and professional. I met her when I was reporting an issue regarding my apartment. Prior to my meeting her, I watched her encounter with another resident, and she was very patient and quick to action. I was speaking with the receptionist while waiting to speak with Christina.
