Lived here for a few months. My husband got stationed here in SD so of course I had to follow. This place is pretty quiet... I have no complaints so far:) Maybe the loud kids by the pool but they are quiet by curfew. As for parking. There is plenty of space! Close to hospitals too if you're a medical professional. I can walk to work!

Lived here for a year. The maint department was great helped us out a lot all in all a nice place to live
Moved into Mira Bella when we first moved to San Diego and stayed 2.5 years until we bought a house. The MB staff was fantastic from move in to move out. They were always quick to respond to any requests. The maintenance staff did a great job keeping the property looking good and in working order. MB is probably the best value for the money in the area. We were able to get a 2 bedroom here for cheaper than a 1 bedroom at Archstone Presidio. MB has better amenities imo as well. We really love living here at Mirabella. We am fortunate enough to be on the top floor. Even so, we rarely hear our neighbors. Sure, there are kids and dogs down on the grass, but that's to be expected in a large apartment complex. We love the big, spacious rooms. We added our own ceiling fan and drawer pulls, and other things to customize our space, so it feels so much more like our home, and not a cookie cutter apt. I am a resident at Mirabella Community since August of this year. So far we love the staff! Everyone is always curious, and polite, and always asking if you need anything. Recently the provided a Movie night on the lawn! It was great they provided popcorn and awesome organic popsicles which my kiddos loved. The staff at Mira Bella are all very respectful and genuinely nice people. When a maintenance issue needed to be addressed, it was done so promptly. The courtyards and pool area are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Im not a fan of the trash service, time Warner cable or the lack of visitor parking. The Mira Bella Apartments themselves are terrific. Not only are the rooms large and nice, but the staff at Mira Bella is the best! The Maintenance team of Justin, Pat and Angelo are truly one of kind. They take good care of everyone here and if any issues arise, they are super quick to respond with a smile on their face. They really make this place feel like a community. When I first moved in, Justin really help me get things in order and even went out of his way to help me hang pictures and a shelf. Mira Bell is definitely "luxurious". The gym which is nice but they need more weight training equipment. The maintenance staff... awesome!!!! Things are done quick correctly and they check up on you. The office team is the best they made me feel like im at home. If you're near Aero Dr come on by.... I bet you move in afterwards
Mira Bell is definitely trying to live up the the "luxury" in its name. They have made improvements to the gym which are nice but they have a little ways to go if you like to go in regards to weight training equipment.
