Loved living here! All the facilities were nice! Staff is so kind and helpful. Yvette was so awesome and helpful with the application process. She made move in so easy. Highly recommend living here!

Camille made me feel like family, she watched me cry and laugh and was there for a hug and a smile always. These women in the office are in the business of getting you moved in. I've had great interactions and a smooth process. I would live there again in the future.

Reposting my review from google reviews*** Lived here for 3 years from 2021-2024, moved away for work and then came right back 2025. The staff is nice, and maintenance responds in a timely manner. The apartment is located near 3 highway entrances all of which will get you wherever you need to go in San Diego. Downtown is a $20ish uber ride so go have fun. The walls are nice and thick here so unless your upstairs neighbor has a pet Trex I think you'll be okay. I've personally experienced no pest problems here whatsoever, a... read more

This complex has been great and accommodating with the leasing process, maintenance if needed, and the events they host are definitely a plus. Yvette made the move in process seamless. Juan and Luis from maintenance are responsive and get things done in a professional manner. Juan from the front office has been great at hosting events and helping me when I need support with packages or making/fixing maintenance requests. Toured the apartment complex which was guided by Juan. The development was very beautiful and well maintained. Regarding the apartment, while it was very pretty/spacious/clean, we decided to go with another property due to the proximity to my son's work. Definitely worth a look, and be sure to ask for Juan because he is terrific. Overall a great touring experience.
