This is going very poorly. Someone took wrong information, and said I would get a call back. I have not.
I made this reservation on 9/19 for a pick up on 10/18. I’ve heard nothing as to whether my pick up is even scheduled.
scheduled to be picked up on October 9th for delivery within 3-5 days. Wasn't picked up until the 13th and now told won't even leave origin city until Monday. We have no cars for a week and are told no rental cars provided for your delays.
Can’t give me a tighter pick up on front end of booking? Or delivery date? Thats the service component that is missing.
Bad communication. Delayed timelines.
This has been a very poor experience. Supposedly, 5 different drivers have been assigned for this short haul, 4 have had personal or mechanical issues and one attempted to make the pickup with less than an hour's notice. If I had known that Montway had so much trouble booking reliable trucking, I certainly wouldn't have paid in advance.
The booking process was simple enough online until completing the voice confirmation. I was transferred 4 times before it was the correct department. First 3 customer reps did not read the full order causing the delay.
