Difficult communicating with carrier. He seemed rushed. Drop off time was poorly communicated. When I told him that I was not clear on what he was trying to say, he hung up. Twice. Still, the car was delivered intact and on time.
I've experienced really bad communication from Montway. I missed the initial pickup from the carrier because I received no notice from Montway or the carrier that they were coming. I had to switch to leaving my keys in the car for them because I needed to head out on our road trip to our new home. Then, I wasn't notified that my car was picked up. I would have liked my quote to be more accurate. I didn’t expect to pay an extra $250 There was no mention of a possible price increase associated with my initial charge.
Communication is key. The misunderstanding came across to me as, if you want you truck delivered it's going to cost you an extra $350. Like it was going to be held hostage. Also, pick up & delivery dates had past with no Communication. I hadn't heard anything, so I thought the truck was in route.
communication is horrible once order is booked ... trying to nail down an actual time ... really need to improve on .. this my 3rd time using Montway ... same communication issues each time

I feel disappointed with the cost of my shipment, even though I sent photos and the vin number where the type and size of the vehicle is shown, you offered me a lower price and that is why I chose you and after 4 days you ask me for $275 more, when I'm already paying storage.

This was the useless waste of time; I patiently waited 4 days before calling to get an update on when my car would be picked up; I was told they were trying to get a driver... after another 2 days, I called and cancelled, all of a sudden, they have a driver ready to pick up the card next day, I told them no thanks. Horrible experience since I told them I needed the car picked up in the next 2 days.
