Delivery time is not like I was given after its been picked up now the delivery time changed to even way much later this is completely misleading and delivery date that I now received is completely absurd.
Literally the worst experience ever. Booked this transport to ship my daughter's car to Texas for college. The booking process was excellent and they guaranteed the car to arrive on the 16th. We were very excited. As it got closer, I called and they assured me they would find a carrier. I called the day before it was supposed to ship, and a carrier had not yet been found. taking a long time to finish the process
Miscommunication was unbelievable as after contacting the company and the company attempting to contact the driver, I was told that the pickup had been cancelled and another driver would be dispatched. An hour later I was told by the previous owner that no, the car had been picked up. I tried numerous times to reach Montway but they never called me back. Luckily due to the previous owner sharing the driver's information and phone number I was able to have contact with the driver and eventually the car was delivered but for $... read more
Booked my shipping on Aug 15 but as of today still no pick up date.

wildly confusing, having 5 different people respond to your email then gets filled with miscommunication. Im repeating myself over and over again.
