Montway was so nice to do business with this new calling 3 times to ask same questions. Non English speaking people. Then the trucking company calls with more questions. Non English speaking. Alway trying to get more money. Then the drivers cancel and never show up. They don't call before they arrive with vehicle. Bad service.

Overall I had a good experience with Montway. I shipped 2 cars and both arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. However, the communication with both carriers was fairly poor. For the first car, we were given a timeline over 2 days for pick up, but had to reach out multiple times to get a more specific pick up time. The driver was actually more responsive than the dispatcher. For the second car, we were not notified that the car had been assigned until a day before.
