17 Days to get car "Delivered"!!!!! and they actually drove the car from another county instead of using a car carrier! I had paid an EXTRA $320.00 for guaranteed 2 day pick-up. After not receiving info on when the pick up would be, we had to continually call. Then the local rep called to deliver the car, and kept pushing it off day after day. the process has been very convoluted
Montway told me that my car would be delivered to me - either my work or home address. But the delivery person said he couldn't deliver to my work address.There was a lot of back and forth when the car was finally at my destination. The trucker asked me to use to his yard to pick up the car! Delivery service was not as promised. I finally had to meet the trucker and got my car 2 days later than promised.
It was really bad experience, I tried to ask them to pickup on certain dates but they picked up after more than a week later. The carrier (trucker) did not ready to pickup the car from door n did not delivered at my home, rather dropped my car at Sam's club's parking. He was very rude n did not answered politely ever. I will never recommend the Montway to anyone ever.
I've use your company numerous times in the past. This time was a complete disappointment. First they quoted me one price (an a lower one) and charge me higher price. Then when I got the billing, they added an additional a $369 on top. When I pointed out their math error, it took two separate emails and numerous calls for them to eventually send me two reimbursement credits. It's a shame, I remember when your company was one of the best. Not anymore.
I Had to meet the driver about 30 minutes away from where I originally paid for with no pay reduction. I was relieved my car did make it to most of the destination.
Promises nothing and adds to your stress. Absolutely unpleasant and frustrating. After being hounded for an order and deciding to go with you, this is not what I would have expected. They keep wanting to charge more and more after "quote."
Very easy so far.....update, Driver made us come out to the airport (30 minutes out of our way) we paid for home drop off. Our location is actually a commercial drop off. Easy access for and semi. Driver tried to upcharge us and threaten to put our car back on transport if we didn't pay. Even when we showed our receipt of amount we owed driver was reluctant to release our car.
