I did not like that I had to give my credit card to book the shipment. I hope it all works out. I applied for the 5% discount for giving my email....
I have still not been contacted about scheduling my move. Setting dates when moving across country is obviously extremely important. Not knowing what's happening with my vehicle does not make it any easier.

Carrier has driven my car without consent for over 50 miles. This is unacceptable.
Dispatch is horrible with communication and messed up my car. Customer service needs work on communication with the dispatchers and need to get more experienced drivers that knows What they are doing
delays in sourcing drivers then canceling a day prior, so had to make additional storage arrangements which means additional costs...unreliable service being able to cancel for convenience
