I am not satisfied fully because I don’t get an exact date of delivery. This causes uncertainty and inconvenience.
No paper work on pick up, no emails on progress. Said no weekend delivery, did anyway. Never use again

Quoted price, agent tried to get 50$ more out of me saying it was "inconvenient " because I don't live in a metro area. I live in the Bay area of California! 5 miles from an interstate! I canceled my booking. Greedy people.
Four to five day pickup and delivery windows make it difficult to plan around.
