RecommendedMotor City Plumbing and Drain sent Rob to my home to deal with a couple of problems I was having with the bathroom sink. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also took care of both of the sink's issues promptly. Furthermore, he was friendly and courteous to me and considerate of my two cats. I choose the company because it's BBB-approved and it's clear to see why.
Okay, where do I start...this company is incredible! Jamie is super to communicate with and calls when the plumbers are coming and approximately what time. I have an older home; they have been out thrice. I even sent them to my mom's home when she needed help. Noah, Nick, and Dominic were the first guys. They were professional and engaging. I can't say enough great things about this company and its staff!! Tim and Jack were amazing and professional. They came out same day to evaluate the situation and provided professional advise on what was needed to resolve the issue. Also, the manager Jamie was very professional and supportive through the entire process. I highly recommend this company!!!

We had toilets and drains backing up onto the floors . Our day was filled with patients , we couldn't use the bathrooms or run water . They were out with in the hour as they promised . He worked diligently and didn't give up till he got through something that was holding everything up . He explained what he was doing , how he fixed it and then cleaned up after himself . All pretty quickly ... We were very pleased with the service .

Mike Kish, the master plumber, came out rather quickly to assist with my sump pump failure. It ended up turning into quite a big job seeing as I needed not only a new sump pump but a sewer repair as well. He was very professional and courteous. As were his assistant plumbers Tim, Josh and Nick. I had called around to a few different plumbing places, including Mr Rooter and Mike at Motor City was the ONLY one who called me back.
